Happy Cinco de Mayo

Here we are in May already!  My daughter has 9 days of high school left!  Crazy!  I am doing great.  I am still nebulizing 3%H2O2 and it's going well.  I haven't been sick and my allergies have been under control all season.  Hopefully I continue to see small improvements over time.  This therapy is also suppose to reduce chances of getting dimentia or Alzheimer's later in life.  That makes it worth trying  anyway, even if you're healthy.  I'm kind of feeling boring as I have nothing new to report, but sometimes that's good.  Peace, love and happiness until we meet again.

April 16 and still going.

Been coaching Varsity Softball for my daughters Senior year.  I've been running around the field and throwing and catching all season.  Since I've been more active, I've been eating more.  I love that and I'm hoping I'll start to gain some weight!  I'm known as the buttless wonder.  I have no ass-ets as of now, so here's hoping.  The H2O2 is great therapy for continued energy and health.  Cheating and beating MS is what it's all about.  As of now I'm winning.  Carry-on.  I'll catch you up later. :)

Day 20 of Nebulizing.

So here I am 20 days into nebulizing H2O2 and feeling good.  I have been continuing to coach softball and so far I'm keeping up rather well.  I need to find a way to eat better and still get more calories.  Ensure makes me sick feeling in my stomach and I need calories because i weigh less than 100 lbs..  so I continue to struggle with little things, but over all, there is nothing to complain about.  I'm still tired some days, but because of softball there is no time for a nap.  For your information on H2O2 therapy, when your body starts detoxing you will probably break out more than usual.  I use to have an occasional  blemish on my chin or near my nose.  Now I have two on my cheek, two on my forehead, four in the nose area.  So yeah, I'm treating daily breakouts now, but knowing that that's a good thing.  All the crap has to get out some way.  Will update soon. Have a great day!

DAY 9 Nebulizing H2O2

It's actually working and here's some of the ways I know.  First, my husband and daughter both got sick and I never did.  My throat started to get sore, but the next day, it was fine.  I can't nebulize to close to bedtime or the energy I get from it keeps me awake all night!!  I did it at 8 one night and didn't fall asleep until 4am!  Bad night for sure!    I have been helping coach my daughters softball team and running around like crazy.  I do need a nap from time to time, but not everyday like before.  So, yeah, it's definitely doing some good.  Will update again in a week.

Day 3 of Nebulizing

H2O2 has been evolving with me.  I started with drinking it diluted in distilled water.  I switched to inhaling from a nasal mister 3%.  I'm now breathing 2% thru a nebulizer and it's perfection!  Drinking became hard because when the concentration gets high, my stomach can't handle it.  The nasal spray worked okay, but you spray into your mouth and so your mouth and throat fizz and it's weird.  Nebulizing is just breathing the mist right into your lungs.  You can still taste it a little (drink water after).  You instantly have more energy and feel ready to go.  At least I do.  We'll see how things continue.  I'm hoping to be able to get stronger and have more energy.  So far, so good.

Day 6

So, today is day 6 which means 8 drops.  I'm feeling very good.  A lot more energy and my allergies are definitely better.  My freezing hands and feet are getting warmer, most noticeably my hands.  No big time changes with MS so far.  All positive changes, no matter how slight, is a victory to me!

I haven't found the time to take a bath with H2O2 added to water, but I'm planning on doing it one morning.  Since it peps you up, night would not be advisable.  I'll let you know how it goes.

Taste is still very tolerable.  No stomach upset or anything.  I take on an empty stomach and eat an hour later.  Here's my day timed out: 6:10 first dose. Eat at 8am, 2nd dose 11ish, eat between 12 and 1  pm, 3rd dose 4ish, eat 5:30 to 6:30.  So, pretty easy to maintain.  Sleeping great and napping less now.   Let me know if you have any questions.  :)

Day 4

Day 4 and things are going well.  Day 1 and 2 the second dose each day put me to sleep for 2 hours!!  Crazy, because my usual naps are 1 hour.  Also, these were 2 hours of solid sleep!  Very rejuvenating!  Yet, not expected.  Yesterday, Superbowl 50, and no nap.  Didn't feel overly tired after 2nd dose and things were fine.

The taste?  Not bad to me.  Anything to report?  Nothing extraordinary but I feel my sinuses have cleared nicely.  Also, My shoulders have been a little achy.  I'm wondering if they're healing.  Again, we shall see.  If anyone has questions, feel free to ask.  Thank you and please join the group. :)

DAY 1 of H2O2

Got all my stuff!  H2O2, dropper bottle, distilled water.  H2O2 comes packed in a paper bag, which is taped closed, and thats in a sealed bag inside a ziploc bag, inside a packing bag inside the mailing envelope!  Whew!

so yeah, it's well packaged!

Started this morning with 3 drops in 7oz distilled water.  I have to say, I could taste it.  Not bad or anywhere near undrinkable, just noticeable.  Woke up congested a bit, which cleared up within minutes of drinking this....???  Have felt pretty sluggish in the morning, but I'm pretty good today.  So, I came home and made an omelet and did the dishes.  I'm hoping to discuss all the good things that happen as I increase my dosage, but also any set backs.  The book suggests working up to 25 drops.  After reading 100's of reviews and weighing less than 100lbs., I choose to work up to 10 and then ride that for awhile while things die off and I stabilize.  This is the plan anyway.  We shall see....

So, life is about to get interesting again!  I haven't been contacted by the endocrinologist yet, and I don't know how long it will be until that appointment takes place.  In the mean time, I have come across another therapy that is highly controversial and I would not recommend to anyone.  Why?  It can kill you if you don't research and KNOW what you're doing!  I purchased the book, "The One Minute Cure" and my gift to you, is a link to the free PDF of this book.

 http://freedom-school.com/health/one-minutecurepasswordfreefinalpdf102708.pdf

You're welcome.  I bought Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide 35% off Amazon.  I also bought 3% food grade to have on hand for other uses.  If you read the book, you'll KNOW what I'm about to partake in.  My order will arrive this Thursday, February 4, 2016.  I will start the therapy on Friday with 3 drops 3 times a day.  I'm hoping to post daily and let everyone know what I'm experiencing inside and out.  There are several places to read reviews about this therapy.  The book is sold on Amazon and there are reviews.  The H2O2 is sold on Amazon and there are reviews.  Curezone has a few forums on the topic, and you'll find others if you research Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide therapy.  Again, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.  I'm doing it at my own risk with my own knowledge for my own reasons.  Keep checking back if your interested in my results, and join my group.

It's all about quality of life.  I'm going for brain clarity and more energy and a working digestive system...stay tuned.

So here's a great video on HGH therapy.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3dRsAWT-MY
This Doctor has a book out also, which I ordered.  I'm taking all this research info to my neurologist to get on this therapy.  I have talked to a few MS patients on HGH and they are all doing GREAT and have had no MS symptoms since beginning this therapy.  So promising.  I'll keep you posted!

Friday, January 1, 2016

So here I am over a year later posting on my current health.  Still on LDN and B12 and Serrapeptase.  I'm okay, but get tired and dizzy more often than I did last year, sooo...
as my friends know, I do research and try new things.  My new thing is HGH.  I'm ordering some trans-dermal patches that are scientifically made by a company that specializes in R & D which can molecularly make Growth hormones small enough to be absorbed by the skin.  Even with all the research I've done, I'm a bit skeptical, so I'll have to keep you posted on how it works.  If it doesn't, I'll have to go to my neuro and get injections of HGH.  Anyway, the research on HGH for MS is just taking off and the people that are on HGH now are improving greatly.  I'll let you know.  Hope everyone has a great 2016!!!
