Day 20 of Nebulizing.

So here I am 20 days into nebulizing H2O2 and feeling good.  I have been continuing to coach softball and so far I'm keeping up rather well.  I need to find a way to eat better and still get more calories.  Ensure makes me sick feeling in my stomach and I need calories because i weigh less than 100 lbs..  so I continue to struggle with little things, but over all, there is nothing to complain about.  I'm still tired some days, but because of softball there is no time for a nap.  For your information on H2O2 therapy, when your body starts detoxing you will probably break out more than usual.  I use to have an occasional  blemish on my chin or near my nose.  Now I have two on my cheek, two on my forehead, four in the nose area.  So yeah, I'm treating daily breakouts now, but knowing that that's a good thing.  All the crap has to get out some way.  Will update soon. Have a great day!

DAY 9 Nebulizing H2O2

It's actually working and here's some of the ways I know.  First, my husband and daughter both got sick and I never did.  My throat started to get sore, but the next day, it was fine.  I can't nebulize to close to bedtime or the energy I get from it keeps me awake all night!!  I did it at 8 one night and didn't fall asleep until 4am!  Bad night for sure!    I have been helping coach my daughters softball team and running around like crazy.  I do need a nap from time to time, but not everyday like before.  So, yeah, it's definitely doing some good.  Will update again in a week.

Day 3 of Nebulizing

H2O2 has been evolving with me.  I started with drinking it diluted in distilled water.  I switched to inhaling from a nasal mister 3%.  I'm now breathing 2% thru a nebulizer and it's perfection!  Drinking became hard because when the concentration gets high, my stomach can't handle it.  The nasal spray worked okay, but you spray into your mouth and so your mouth and throat fizz and it's weird.  Nebulizing is just breathing the mist right into your lungs.  You can still taste it a little (drink water after).  You instantly have more energy and feel ready to go.  At least I do.  We'll see how things continue.  I'm hoping to be able to get stronger and have more energy.  So far, so good.
